I'm fortunate to have been part of two labs at Western and work with some outstanding individuals!

McRae Cognitive Science Lab

The McRae Cognitive Science Lab's research covers events, concepts, language, and memory, including how knowledge of events is structured in the mind and how people think about the future.

Sensory Perception Research Lab

The Sensory Perception Research Lab studies how individuals perceive the world and integrate information across the senses (multisensory integration) and how this information is used for higher-level cognitive skills, including communication. 

I have also been part of two incredible organizing committees for Inspiring Diversity in STEM, a graduate student-led initiative focused on promoting EDI in STEM fields. We run a biennial conference for undergraduate students at Western and beyond.
